Roasted Yukon Potatoes with Cook’s
1 ½ pounds of Yukon Gold Potatoes (Cut into medium size cubes for even cooking)
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs of Cook’s Put That On Everything seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick olive oil.
2. Place cut potatoes in a size appropriate bowl. Sprinkle with seasoning and olive oil.
3. Toss the potatoes to coat
4. Spread on baking pan and roast for approximately 25 minutes. Halfway through be sure to gently toss or stir.
5. After cook time has finished check to see if potatoes are fork tinder, if not they may need a few more minutes.
6. Serve warm
