Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak order periods

Cook’s Condiments is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Cook’s
Condiments is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order.

Because our products are classified as food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and product integrity for all of our customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we’re here to make it right.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with the following:

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product

A photo of the packaging (if applicable)

A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase
Once we’ve reviewed the information, our team will gladly assist with a replacement or resolution.
