Savory Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients
2 - Thick Cut Pork Chops
1 Tbs. Cook’s Fowl Play (pork chops)
1/2 t salt
Sauce
1/4 C Shagbark Hickory Bourbon Syrup (Eveland Syrups Ann Arbor Farmers Market)
1 tsp Autumn Essence
1 Tbs Butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheight
Season the pork chops with Cook’s Fowl Play and 1/2 t salt (let them reach room temperature)
Grill mark both sides (about 6 mins per side) turn clock wise to get perfect grill marks after 3 mins.
Once marked place on a roasting pan and finish in oven. Internal cooking temp 140, let rest for 10 minutes
For the sauce put Shagbark syrup and Autumn Essence in a pan. Bring to a simmer, remove from heat
Whisk in the room temperature butter
