Meet Rayna

Hi, I’m Rayna—chef, spice maker, and the founder of Cook’s Condiments.

I’m a trained chef who has spent years working in kitchens, learning how to build bold, balanced flavor. Cooking has always been my way of connecting with people, and I believe great food should feel joyful, approachable, and full of heart.

Cook’s became personal for me in 2018 when my husband’s kidney disease progressed to Stage 5 renal failure. Suddenly, sodium mattered in a whole new way—but giving up flavor was never an option. When I couldn’t find seasoning blends that were both low sodium and exciting, I started creating my own.

Today, I craft chef-developed, low-sodium spice blends that rely on herbs, spices, citrus, and aromatics to do the heavy lifting—so you can cook with confidence and still love what’s on your plate.

When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m a wife, a mom, a gardener, and someone who loves time with family, friends, and the outdoors. I truly believe that if you want to see change, sometimes you have to be it—and Cook’s is my way of doing just that.
